Syncing tutorial events between repositories

Now that we have a common format for i-p.o and bssw-tutorial events, it would be nice to be able to automatically sync them between the two repositories. Probably the bssw-tutorial versions are the reference, but a bidirectional sync might also have value.

It is important to note that the directory structures and filenames in the two repos are different. This may pose challenges for generic (sub)directory synchronization actions. Copybara (above) talks about transforming files between repositories, which probably also means transforming directory structures and filenames.

The tutorial repository has a pair of scripts to convert between ipo event markdown files and bsswt event.yml files.
