The rocm_smi component tests directory and component tests need to be updated. See below for two items of issue:

  • Running make in src/components/rocm_smi/tests does not build the tests. Along with this, if you configure and build PAPI with the rocm_smi component the tests will not build as well.
  • rocm_smi_writeTests.cpp fails due to:
    • Hard coded event names that do not exist
    • Excess code that is not used
