Transaction signing

I know it was mentioned that transaction signing would be supported soon in #5. But, I see there's no issue created for it, so I'm just making one here. I'm just wondering is the eta is still for this month? Also, if any help is needed I'd be to contribute, lmk!

Hello! Probably we won't implement this (self-signing in multiplatform) in a near future, but we have already integrated this library with web3j (jvm) and trustwallet (ios, native library). So we could add this modules here.

Also, it's not hard to implement this kind of functionality for js using web3js. What about ETA, it's not actual for me since in our project it is already integrated, so I can't promise that I will do this soon, but I will try within a week.
