website playground for Hydro, deprecate Dedalus

The default playground should be support Hydro.
DFIR should be demoted below Hydro on the web page.
Dedalus could be sunsetted.

This is not going to be a bit tricky. Playground for Hydro means having a full Rust compiler, which we can't run in the browser. We'd need to run our own instance of Rust Playground configured to have the Hydro libs available. Which means managing a dedicated server, etc...

Allowing the compiled code to run will be a whole other story, lots of security implications.
