For some space conditioning equipment, you might want to know whether it's portable or fixed in a certain location (e.g., wall, floor, ceiling, window, etc.). See #231 (comment) and #240 (comment) for context. We really ought to replace the CoolingSystemType and HeatPumpType enumerations with xs:choice elements like is done on HeatingSystemType, so that we can add a sub-element (RoomPlacement?) for the appropriate system types only.
Also note that a couple HPXML space conditioning equipment types (WallFurnace, FloorFurnace) already have the location in their name.
