admins shouldn't be able to apply for a workshop

admin or workshop organizer

I don't want to
be able to apply for a camp or workshop

In order to
be less confused.

When a not yet loggend in user clicks on "apply" on the workshop page and then logs in as admin one is able to apply for a camp. This shouldn't be possible. Please re-route to the events overview page of this particular event.
