I see a lot of cable length charts out in the wild, and most of the say that for 12Awg, you should be able to run 20Va at least 500ft (e.g https://www.cctvcamerapros.com/AC-DC-voltage-drop-cable-distance-s/846.htm)
So, why does your table pull this all the way down to <20 feet?

If memory serves well it had to do with the voltage drop
You can run the cable longer but the voltage drop causes issues for things like LED light that have a hard min voltage requirement
