Describe the issue you are experiencing

When selecting entities in config/entities, the bulk actions menu (enable/disable/hide/delete) is not functional for the keyboard.

You can open the menu and navigate to an item, but neither spacebar or Enter cause any action. It just close the menu.

Seems only operable with the mouse.

Activate an option with spacebar or Enter
