I'm not sure what the intention is here, but certain properties from Dosage are missing. Notably asneeded and doseAndRate.

I guess you labeled the most important fields as Must Support so clients using the Vidis data will have an accurate view of the medication, but without doseAndRate that's not really possible. Or am I missing something here?
