BeCommunication - create a ValueSet for CD-DIARY ?

Hello,

Currently, diary notes are stored under these KMEHR specifications. When moving to FHIR, the mapping between KMEHR and FHIR should be straightforward except for the CD-DIARY tags. The tag(s) should be put in category :

Could we create a ValueSet for that ?

Especially applicable for the vaults. We have to ensure that the valuesets are aligned.
Is this an opportunity to transform to Snomed CT ?
This work has to be discussed in the FHIR Validation meeting to agree on the way to move forward

It was discussed in the FHIR validation meeting but there is no consensus on how to move forward. Need new update from FRHI validation group
