BeExtLaterality --> why not BeExtTopography? #100

Without wanting to nitpick, the concepts under BeExtLaterality (see here) are more Topographical modifier (qualifier value) (according to SNOMED CT), while Laterality refers more to concepts like 'left' and 'right'.

Is there intention to rename BeExtLaterality to a more broader name like BeExtTopography? Or am I going too far now? 🙃
