Describe the bug
The txs in the block data of https://api.hiro.so/extended/v1/block/by_height/528385 do not correspond to the tx_index of

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the block by height, and the tx result
  2. Compare the tx_index values with the txs in block.txs
  3. See that the ordering is different.

Expected behavior
block.txs should show the txs in the ordering of the tx_index values
