Integrate quest cards onto the homepage to highlight available quests and drive user engagement. These cards will showcase active quests, providing users with quick access to earning opportunities directly from the main page. These will be in the same column as the communities on Common

User Stories / Acceptance Criteria

• As a user, I should see quest cards on the homepage that display available quests.
• Each quest card should include the quest title, description, XP reward, and an action button (e.g., “Start Quest”).
• Clicking on each card should direct me to where I can "action" each quest
