Problem

Layerzero documentation should be updated explaining OFT, OFT adapter, etc. And how the protocol works in different scenarios with ERC and HTS tokens

• Update Layerzero documentations
• Add examples of what and reference the repo: https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-json-rpc-relay/tree/main/tools/layer-zero-example
• Providing a high level explanation that Layerzero works with HTS tokens as well as ERCs. And what to use in each scenario
