Multiple themes active (not just loaded) at the same time?

Dear Hakim @hakimel and team,

Could it be possible to have users combine (apply) multiple themes at the same time, in Javascript - rather than creating new .(s)css for any possible combination? Then we could split theme features into sets (a set of color color-specifying themes, a set of spacing/layout themes, a set of header/other text processing themes...). Like multiple axis in a multidimensional space.

That would prevent proliferation of themes, and would give users more flexibility.

We could refactor .scss of the existing themes to combine from those new sets, too.
