Auto animate and filters

So a couple questions:

1. I can't seem to get filters and auto animate to work together.
   I understand this won't work as it is, but I want to make it work however I need to. Basically I want blurred text, fade to not blurred, and move up. to make room for the text. As it stands it just instantly snaps to not being blurred.

2. All of the auto-animate tags have this weird jitter that happens, like it jumps up a few pixels or something before continuing to animate.
