Align and Update Terms of Use with Legal

Overview

User generated copy section of Terms of Use page needs to be run past legal to confirm everything is correct. This will be done by Bonnie. After that, the Content team can review the copy and make any updates required to the tone/voice (this will be handled in a separate issue).

• Hand off to Content to make any needed changes

Content will prioritize the parts from Bonnie's review for the Terms page and save the other parts for later on. Deeper work needs legal research support for accuracy.

Spoke with Bonnie today. Both Privacy policy and Terms of Use need to follow templates from Bonnie, who will work with a lawyer. So there won't be any Content updates on this until we have that guidance. For reference @jyehllow @anitadesigns @TechWriterMelissa @giselledizon
Please go ahead with any design needs and leave the Content as is, with the exception for updating the declaration term and perhaps "application" as it is not an app? Unsure about the app part as that might be legal language.

@raeraeicky excellent, thank you! The Privacy Policy has the same blocker, and we created an issue and assigned it to Bonnie, who asked it to be done that way. Perhaps this one can be done the same, since this one is about the re-writing? Up to you!
