Some announcements come in a way it wasn't supposed to. No new lines or extra new lines etc. I will work on prettifying them.

CS is sharing their contents statically, therefore, those texts can be 'bad' formatted at Telegram side. Playing with some paragraphs and new lines can be the solution. I will get back here when there is a fresh announcement. I don't have the passion right now lol

6d2acaf message has a typo, it must have been "Fixes #9 and added new departments" instead of "Fixes #19 and added new departments"
