It's great to be able to work with some API like OpenAI, but some people, like student, doesn't necessarily have money to spend in these services. Mistral is one of the rare firms that offers, under certain circumstances (experimentation, data feedback), to use their APIs for free. And maybe we'll have some other in the futur. Right now, it would be just fine to add the one of Mistral API. I tried to use the config / driver of the ComfyUI GripTape node OpenAI compatible for Mistral, but it doesn't work. Adding one specific for Mistral would be appreciable.

Hi @l-Aeden-l thanks for the suggestion! I tried to use the OpenAI Compatible node to do this, bubt it looks like there are some issues. In order to do this, we'll need to add a MistralAI driver to the Griptape Framework.
