Hi.
I really appreciate your work on Chou-Fasman Protein Prediction. I have followed your process and tried to understand the basic of the algorithm. However at the end of the algorithm, somehow I am getting alpha_regions_final and beta_regions_final are same with your given demo value testSeq. I rechecked and recheck but didn't find the issue. Would you please take a look?
