DataTask Composition that Unifies Distinct Interfaces

Currently, POSIX interception is working well. We need to add the ability to intercept I/O from different interfaces and unify with existing POSIX infrastructure. It is suggested that DataTasks may need mapping between different interfaces, and providing data that was written in POSIX to a client reading in HDF5 could have value.
