  1. There are two of them - patch: Delete duplicate GitHub issue template #2269
  2. The newer one is a template asks for a screenshot of "Try this API", but that doesn't apply here.
  3. The template asks for a GitHub repo or gist but the bot rejected gists - see recursiveDelete unhelpful error message "Error: 0 deletes failed. The last delete failed with" when actually failing to connect #2271 (comment)
