NUMA support

Hi,

I noticed there is a series of commits from last year adding NUMA support to the project, but it looks like there hasn't been any new work in the area. I didn't find any documentation on this and the NUMA-exporting targets are not public.

Is there any document or resource stating the current state of NUMA support and/or a roadmap, and is there any reason not to make the NUMA targets public?
