Make `in` works with ARRAY #1191

Currently, in only works for object, I think it should be nice to have it works with array too, eg:

{
 testIn: 'a' in ['a','b']
}

I have to do something like:

{
  testIn: std.contains(['a', 'b'],'a'),
}
