Sentry is not initialized when using NextJS 14 with --turbo

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a NextJS project with next dev --turbo
2. Use the Sentry setup wizard

Expected Result

Sentry reports events and logs

Actual Result

Even with debug mode enabled, there is no Sentry output to be see in either client or server logs.

Disabled --turbo and immediately see events and debug logs.
