Layout broken and lots of error: undefined after update to 0.10.8

Description

Homepage updated overnight for me (using Watchtower) and the layout has changed. It's not at all what I have setup. Also, the log as of today has a lot of "error: undefined" in it so I can't exactly see what the issue is. My configuration hasn't changed.

I also use Bing for searching and the logo is not for Bing. It's also using duckduckgo, so it seems to be ignoring the search provider.

I also use 5 columns for the layout which is seemingly being ignored.

The title is being ignored. It says the default "Homepage" up in the browser tab title instead of the one specified in settings.yaml. It's also ignoring the favicon and background image.

Also, the icon for Watchtower appears to be broken as it's blank.

The status style that I have set to use the dots is using "healthy/running" instead.

If there was more to the log than this, I'd certainly try and nail down what happened but this is all I have unfortunately.

I can redact and upload configurations if needed, but the issue doesn't seem to be tied to one particular yaml.

Troubleshooting

Ctrl+F5'd and tried incognito to rule out cache. Also tried to restart the container. It will start just fine, but then has the error: undefined.
