[Feature Request] Sync Bookmarks with Nextcloud/Webdav

Hey,
I am syncing all my bookmarks with Nextcloud via floccus and it is a pain in the butt to keep up with all the stuff I collect over the time, so I was forced to script somthing via node. Well, it works for me, but it is actually pretty hacky and in my opinion it could be more useful to have an option in the bookmarks.yaml to sync with a provider of choice.

It could look like this:

sync: true
provider: nextcloud
instance: https://your-nextcloud-instance.com
token: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
layout:
  # optional
  - folder1
  - folder3
  - folder2

The sections could be created by folder names and the rest as usual (title, href, abbr etc.). What do you think?
