Could someone please explain the ordering for mixed discovered/configured services?

As it stands, whenever I add a new service widget that widget and group go to the front. I would like to set an order for all of them so that it's cleaner/better organized. Most of my widgets are discovered via docker but I do have some that are configured. How does this work? How/where do I add the weight for discovered and configured widgets so that it has X group first and then A, B, C widgets in that order in the group? Is it a label or env or something that I'm just missing out on? The documentation is a little short as to how one should actually implement it.
