Keep getting duplicate mapping key and weatherapi error

I keep getting weatherapi error. I've doubled checked the api key and made sure that I had it copied and pasted into the right section. I'm not getting an error or log for it. Also, in the setting.yml, I believe I have format it correctly, but keep getting the error bellow
