update of the German MLGT Glossary PoC from the 2024-11 TC211 TMG meeting

at the TMG meeting (Nov 13, 2014) during the ISO/TC 211 plenary week in Sydney, i mentioned we do not have a contact for German translations. Chris Schubert from Austria volunteered to be the PoC for the German translations. Through personal communication, Chris told me

with the German delegation, I talked with Markus Seifert after your London Plenary presentation. For sure, for any change proposal, I want to adjust with the German-speaking from DIN. My TU Wien email you can use.
