NO

Describe the solution you'd like

It will be better to define how we can move forward if we implement the base of this project, in the sent that, we can integrate afterward country number code, capital.

So I need a help to re-think on how we can design the architecture and have a good code base to start
Take a look at this, our solution should implement it with java spring boot
