@vanaukenk the migrations have run, but no apparent ontology changes in the models.

Overall, testing looks okay, but would like @hattrill to confirm that the issue in #902 is fixed as she'd like.

Noting here also that there were ontology changes after the outage, but they are all consistent with recent work on transcription cofactor activities.
