Curators would like to be able to use information about protein-containing complex members in their respective organism gpi file to autopopulate 'has part' extensions when selecting a protein-containing complex as the enabler of an MF in their GO-CAM model.
We need to think about:
Where this information would be indexed and how to retrieve it in Noctua
What would the evidence be on the 'has part' relations be?
What annotations would be exported for the complex and the members in the GPAD?
