Cleanup and document gorel relations pipeline

Some gorel relations are in the GO editors file but NOT in gorel-edit.owl

e.g. results_in_fission_of; results_in_fusion_of; mediated_by.

Is there a good reason for this? If not, we should consolidate (need advice on how to do so).

One results of the current setup is that there has been some divergence in relations used.

• Is mediated_by really different from has_agent ?
• Do we need results_in_division_of and results_in_fission_of and shouldn't they at least be related if we do?

But work still need to make sure all GOREL relations are maintained in gorel-edit.owl. As documented above, some still live in gene_ontology_write.obo.
