Thank you for reporting this. It is now functional again. It happens when the backend API is unstable. Which it is these days as we are moving data centers. But the website really do not fail very gracefully not does it communicate the error very well.

I'm not sure what to do at this point as we are also on the verge of moving the whole site to a new codebase in the coming weeks. So I'm not sure it is worth trying to diagnose the old site at this point. But I cannot help worry if we have the same issue in the new code base.
