Feature description

A new ballot was released here: https://github.com/ga4gh/va-spec/releases/tag/1.0.0-ballot.2024-11.2

We should update the Pydantic models to align with those in the spec release

I think I'm going to convert this to an epic. Our teams only need: amp/asco/cap (aac_2017) and CohortAlleleFrequencyStudyResult
