Could remove some code in this package and make it easier to maintain

if we make use of https://github.com/fusion-energy/fusion_neutron_utils

perhaps this fusion_neutron_utils needs a bit more work before it is ready

I think TT reactions are currently missing from fusion_neutron_utils so perhaps I should add that first
