When breaking a Dark Conduit that's attached to a wall it drops a standard Torch instead of the correct item, deleting 2 skeleton skulls, 2 wither skulls, the end crystal, ghast tear and soul sand used in the crafting. Version 1.3.0+1.21 tested.
