Array of string > Quotes are escaped when they shoudn't #9

The following key=value give the following output

device="\"iPhone 8\""

$ "iPhone 8"

but when quoted in an array, the quotes disappear

run_appiumtests_browserstack = [
      "device:\"iPhone 8\"",
      "os_version:12"
]

$ device:iPhone 8 os_version:12
