Add holding support for ARK Europe specific versions of ARKG & ARKK

ARKG & ARKK are also available on the US site, but looking at their info page you can see they have different ISIN codes in US than they have in Europe:

• US00214Q3020 vs. IE000O5M6XO1 for ARKG
• US00214Q1040 vs. IE000GA3D489 for ARKK

Looking at the holdings CSVs, these also have slightly different holdings in the US than in Europe:

• ARKG - US00214Q3020
• ARKG - IE000O5M6XO1
• ARKK - US00214Q1040
• ARKK - IE000GA3D489

Inception date if also different

All this to say that I'm quite certain that the Europe specific versions are actually different funds, they just use the same base code to show that the fund "rules" are the same I guess 🤔
