[QUESTION] How to resolve Could Not Locate this record in the API response error

In the last few days, I've noticed the "Could not locate this record in the API response" error in the target.csv files. I have not seen this error before and don't know how to address it. Looking for advice or is this a bug?

I didn't do any changes last month
And the issue could be related to data
Try to use bulk api v1 instead of v2.
