TCAS offset issue ?

Hello again !

I noticed what seems to be an issue with TCAS indications... an offset of 900ft ?

Tonight I flew with a friend, we were on converging routes at same level (340). I saw him on TCAS on my right side but with an offset of 900ft. The same for him... he saw me with an offset of 900ft too !

Few minutes later Paris controle told me to descent at 330 to solve the converging problem, and then I saw a difference of 1900ft, that is 1000ft + 900ft offset !
