IDRC site link is off-grid in iOS with UIO prefs enabled

Describe the bug

The link to the IDRC website in the header ("An Inclusive Design Research Centre project") is off-grid in iOS when certain UIO preferences are set.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on "+ show preferences"
2. Set "text size" to 0.5 and "enhance inputs" to on
3. See error

Expected behavior

This text and link should remain aligned with the rest of the content regardless of UIO settings, page orientation or changes to zoom level.

Additional context or notes

Setting "text size" to 0.5 is only required in Portrait orientation. This bug is observable in Landscape orientation if "text size" is set to a value between 0.5 and 0.7.
