Do we want to implement a Masonry layout?

Initial explorations for the design of the site for version 2.0.0 included an arrangement of the cards/tiles of the News and Projects page in a "masonry" layout. Is this still something we wish to implement?

We may also want to wait for the masonry-auto-flow property to be supported (there is currently no support for it):
