Give itch uploads a meaningful build ID

What is the problem you are trying to solve?

The default itch.io build IDs are opaque and annoying, especially when rapidly iterating on an album, and does nothing to let purchasers know whether the version they have is the latest.

What solution would you like?

Give the date and timestamp, e.g. 20240309-0123

This timestamp should also probably be put into the file's metadata in some way.
