fEmail - Sign / crypt #189

Hello,

If we set both signing and encrypting in fEmail.php, the mail will first be signed, then crypted, then signed again.

Although this might work for some email clients, some will indeed not understand it (as stated on the manual pages).

Could you add an option that allows what to do in what order?
For instance: I need my emails to be signed first, then crypted (but that's it).
