just checked, if it has only 4Gb of vram, the answer is no, as mtp require a minimum of 4.4Gb... if it has more than 4Gb then it should work as any other Turing gpu.

Although the error has nothing to do with the gpu (seems more of a configuration problem)

Ok, thank you !
One more question and may be a weird one:
I have this device (laptop) with 4gb gpu (as you mentioned) and I have also another laptop with 2gb gpu, is there any way I could combine these 2 gpu's and eventually having 6gb and be able to mine firo ?
Just wondering, excuse me if that sounded stupid :)

I get it, didn't sound logically to me too but there was just that idea of trying to combine 2 gpus to become 1 stronger gpu and in some way make mining software seem it like there is only 1 strong gpu, to overcome dag epoch limits but anyway just a fantasy, dont bother xd
thanks for research ;)

well beside taking the memory on one gpu and soldering it to the board of the other gpu assuming it would recognize the extra memory, I don't think much could be done (have no idea if it is even doable on a mobile gpu, sounds like a good plan to kill two laptop at once lol)

Ahahaha
Well, at least we tried, I almost thought this might be a breakthrough in technology - just kidding
Now I know at least that this is beyond whats possible. Thanks mate! I appreciate your participation in my thoughts.
