The attached GIF file is animated and plays fine in other viewers. In YAIV it only shows the first frame.

I see no playback issues. Appears to be a load error. ezgif.com indicates the file has 132 frames; the loading code only gets 12 frames.

This is a heavily "optimized" GIF. Need to dig into gif_load.h and why it fails at frame 12, and / or why it fails to apply any of the changes [as even with only 12 frames, there should be some visible animation ...]
