I looked into the script more closely and realised I had misunderstood the functionality. I assumed that if the directory is already there, the script will skip downloading and assume the right source is available. However if the directory is there, it only skips the creation of the directory and tells the user it is skipping... which I confused to skipping the downloading and building. |

Hi, thanks for the great toolchain.
I noticed that when I re-run mussel, the mpackage() detects that package is already there and says it is skipping, but still it goes ahead.
Is there a return missing after line 644?
